All personnel oversight, Board functions, Coalition communications and day-to-day operations are functions in the Maintenance Pillar. the administrative offices moved to their current location at the Community Campus in May 2009. We are located inside the main entrance on the right side of the commons area and share our offices with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Blaine County, an organization that the Coalition brought to fruition and funds. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and are closed on Fridays.
Bill Bozzuto of Bozzuto, Anderson and Company process our returns and Holly Carter with Blaine County Sheriff does our bookkeeping. We are a 501 c3 non profit organization since January 2009. These individuals provide these services at no charge to the coalition and we are fortunate to have such high caliber individuals assisting us in these efforts. We are appreciative of the financial support and services we receive from Kelli Young and D.L. Evans Bank in Hailey, Idaho. The annual budget is prepared by the Executive Director and approved the Board in January/February of each year.
Donors are our lifeblood! Some $218,000 in this years budget will come from private donors and local public agencies, sixty-three percent of our total budget. All the responsibilities for managing these funds and the entities from which they are received is organized under the Maintenance Pillar.
